This week I was featured over at Craftfail.com. I felt I needed to try to redeem myself a bit, after all not every craft I have taken on has ended so badly. Hell, some have actually resulted in being displayed in my home – year round to showcase my win. My husband should be happy there isn’t a spotlight permanently fixed on it.
My friend Dee over at DeeConstructed.com has invited me to share my success. She and I are a lot alike – cynical, sarcastic, and fun. Of course, her projects turn out way better than mine and she loathes the word craft preferring to go by DIY. Whatever you want to call it – go over and check out my Sea Shell Christmas Tree and let me know what you think. Just click here and you will be taken right to my masterpiece (yes, I am getting a little cocky claiming master level success – once you see it you will understand).
My teaser on this project is below – this is the one that is still in the process of being created (remember it was a set, I got one all done). Of course I haven’t touched this tree since April…so this year is out for completion. Next year isn’t looking good either.
